GOOD's Exchange: Official Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 2026

1. General Agreement

By participating in, browsing, or utilizing any services provided by GOOD's Exchange—whether via our server, dedicated applications, or affiliated communication networks—you are entering into a binding agreement to uphold these Terms of Service.

GOOD's Exchange retains the exclusive right to update, enforce, interpret, or suspend any portion of these terms at our sole discretion, without the requirement of prior notification.

2. Terminology & Roles

2.1 Authorized Personnel

This refers to any verified representative acting on behalf of GOOD's Exchange, including Admins, Support Staff, and Exchange Specialists. Only these recognized individuals hold the authority to validate transactions, provide remittance instructions, and mediate disputes.

2.2 The Client

Any individual, server member, or entity that engages with GOOD's Exchange for any purpose.

2.3 Approved Platforms

Valid operations and communications only occur within spaces explicitly controlled by GOOD's Exchange. This encompasses:

  • Our official Discord server
  • Designated ticket and support systems
  • Verified automation bots
  • Official websites and authenticated social media

2.4 Direct Remittance (First-Party Verification)

All transfers must originate from the verified owner of the account. The individual remitting the funds must be the exact same person actively communicating within the official support ticket or chat thread. Third-party intermediaries are strictly prohibited.

3. Invalid and Prohibited Transfers

3.1 Criteria for Unauthorized Transactions

A transaction will be immediately flagged, halted, or classified as invalid if it involves any of the following:

  • Remitting funds before receiving explicit staff clearance.
  • Deviating from the step-by-step instructions provided by Authorized Personnel.
  • Utilizing external payers, unauthorized financial sources, or third-party accounts.
  • The payer not being physically present in the corresponding support ticket or chat.
  • Attaching unprompted transaction notes, reference codes, or memos to the payment.
  • Altering the requested payment amount, sending partial funds, or splitting payments without prior staff consent.
  • Attempting to circumvent our mandatory security and verification checkpoints.
  • Utilizing compromised, frozen, or heavily restricted financial accounts.

3.2 Staff Jurisdiction

Authorized Personnel reserve absolute authority to:

  • Reject or reverse any transaction.
  • Halt processing to conduct further security verification.
  • Freeze funds tied to suspicious, fraudulent, or non-compliant behavior.
  • Restrict server access or permanently ban users.
  • Escalate transactions for internal management review.

3.3 Client Obligations

To ensure a successful and smooth exchange, Clients are strictly required to:

  • Follow every directive provided by the staff without deviation.
  • Double-check they are interacting within an Approved Platform.
  • Ensure all payments come strictly from their own first-party accounts.
  • Abstain from adding unnecessary transaction memos.

3.4 Exemption of Liability

GOOD's Exchange accepts zero liability for lost funds, locked accounts, irreversible transfers, or processing delays resulting from Client negligence, failure to follow instructions, third-party interference, typographical errors, or unauthorized payment methods.

4. Processing Timelines & "Urgent" Requests

GOOD's Exchange operates strictly on its own internal schedule. Every exchange requires mandatory queue management, liquidity verification, and security checks.

Note: While most exchanges are processed within 5 to 30 minutes, max 24h and in rare cases, up to 3 days. Exact processing times may vary based on blockchain network congestion and banking system availability. We do not guarantee immediate execution of any transaction and are not liable for any losses resulting from delays.

4.1 Personal Deadlines

We do not recognize personal emergencies as an operational obligation. Transactions frequently labeled by clients as "urgent," "needed instantly," or "emergencies" (such as last-minute bills, paying friends, or delayed planning) do not obligate our team to bypass standard protocols or jump the queue.

4.2 Priority Handling

Management may, at their sole discretion, review and prioritize specific requests if operational capacity allows. However, expedited handling is a courtesy and is never guaranteed.

4.3 Zero Tolerance for Rushing

Attempting to pressure our staff through spamming, emotional manipulation, threats, or manufactured urgency is strictly prohibited. Such behavior will directly result in:

  • Immediate deprioritization of your transaction.
  • Prolonged delays for enhanced security reviews.
  • Outright refusal of service or server restriction.

Clients are expected to plan their financial transactions with reasonable buffer times to account for standard processing operations.
